Data Protection and Complaints Procedure
| DATA PROTECTION Our computer system is used to generate repeat prescriptions, recall patients, etc. All information held on computer, as with any other patient information, is treated with strict confidence. The practice is registered under the Data Protection Act and staff are aware of their duties under the Act. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE We strive to give you the best possible care and attention. If you are unhappy about any aspect of our service we would like to know. This practice offers a complaints procedure in accordance with NHS guidelines. A leaflet providing details of the procedure is available at reception. Please speak to our Practice Manager, or a Receptionist, who will provide you with further information. It is our aim to resolve any problems promptly. |
