Some weeks after the new factory Outlet development was opened (April) by Tara Palmer-Thompkinson visitor numbers were said to be 160,000 a week. We have included it here so that visitors to Dalton Park might realise how easy it is to travel the few miles to Seaham and its wonderful seafront from the shopping centre and visa versa. Murton Village lies just a few hundred yards west of Dalton Park.
