Cllr Alan Fenwick, Chairman of Durham County Council delivers the opening speech at the official opening of The George Elmy Lifeboat Way. The name of the new road, which links Seaham Town Centre to the A19 was chosen my children from Ropery Walk School and commemorates the Seaham Lifeboat Disaster.
