The "Get Active Exercise Referral Programme" is designed to provide the opportunity for everyone in the District to have a healthier lifestyle by offering safe, supervised, appropriate exercise options. Access to facilities will be at a reduced rate and some activities are free. You can also take a partner or friend to exercise with you also at a reduced rate. The programme is run by a Health and Fitness Development Officer at the local leisure centre.
