The building is the former Coastal Centre.  It was well used by schools as a base to explore the beaches and coast around Seaham.  There is some fascinating geology is the area.  The Centre also afforded exceptional views of the Harbour and its activities.
Location 2: We have moved 200 yards south along George Elmy Lifeboat Way from Millenium Clock corner. Looking eastwards across the road.
