Submitting information, pictures, stories.
INFORMATION or STORIES can be sent using your email as normal. If you have information or stories which you have typed into MSWord (or virtually any other wordprocessor) you can send it to us using email but the Word file can be ATTACHED or INSERTED into the email as an attachment. If you have difficulties then give us a ring and we will talk you through it. IT IS EASY however and there is no need to worry about it.
PICTURES can be scanned into your own computer if you have a scanner. Then simply attach the image file to an email and send it.
NORMAL POST can be used to send info, stories or pictures if you wish. Phone us and we will tell you where to send it.
If you want pictures returned just let us know and we will do it.
